IT Engineer - Device, Security & Automation for Health Tech

Heidi is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to build and manage our device infrastructure and scale it for our global expansion. You'll own the device lifecycle, from procurement to retirement, ensuring seamless experiences across locations and serving as the primary technical resource for the team.

You will implement device management and security policies, automate onboarding, and lead an internal IT helpdesk.
