Our client is undertaking a significant ERP transformation and is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their project team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll systems specialist with strong TechnologyOne Payroll experience to play a key role in implementing a new payroll solution. Working closely with project stakeholders, you'll ensure payroll requirements are translated into system functionality while maintaining compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

• Act as the payroll subject matter expert throughout the TechnologyOne implementation.


• Configure and support the TechnologyOne Payroll and HR modules.


• Validate payroll requirements against current business processes.


• Lead payroll testing activities, including SIT and UAT.


• Support payroll data migration, reconciliation and reporting activities.Partner with project, HR and payroll teams to deliver a successful implementation.


• Review payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Assist with documentation, training and change management activities.

• Proven experience configuring and administering TechnologyOnePayroll.


• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Fair Work, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.


• Experience working within complex, multi-award payroll environments.


• Previous experience on an ERP implementation or payroll systems transformation project.


• Exposure to solution design, system testing (SIT/UAT) and payroll data migration.


• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
