Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Sales Specialist to support lead generation, customer engagement and new-business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working towards clear targets within a supportive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by phone, email and digital channels.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues.
- Follow up enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.
- Support pipeline management, reporting and sales activity tracking.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
About You
- Confident communication and a positive, professional approach.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and handling objections.
- Motivated by targets, commission and career progression.
- Previous sales, customer service, retail or hospitality experience is beneficial.
