Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Planview Application Integration Specialist to administer, configure, and support enterprise Planview solutions while developing integrations with business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Planview PPM, Planview Enterprise One, REST APIs, SQL, integration platforms, and enterprise PMO tools. This role requires strong expertise in application administration, API integrations, platform support, reporting, and production support within Agile and enterprise project management environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Planview platform, including configuration, user management, security, and environment support
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Planview and enterprise applications such as Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, ERP, and HR systems
• Develop REST APIs, middleware integrations, ETL processes, and data synchronization solutions
• Configure workflows, portfolios, resource management, business rules, forms, and reporting capabilities
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability and availability
• Support platform upgrades, patching, release management, and ongoing enhancements
• Ensure data integrity, governance, security, and compliance across the Planview ecosystem
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Planview solutions
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities
• Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, knowledge articles, and support documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Planview Platform Certification
• Experience with Planview Enterprise One or Planview Portfolios
• Experience administering cloud/SaaS enterprise applications
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other enterprise reporting tools
• Experience working within Enterprise PMO or Digital Transformation programs
• ITIL Certification is a plus
