The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Take on the additional role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical aspects, ensuring compliance with company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Advise and serve customers from initial contact to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, with a preference for experience as a Kfz-Meister, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, or Karosseriebauer.
• Willingness to complete the required certification for Operations Manager (HWK) or already possess it.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and foster trusting collaborations.
