About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SAP Sales Executive (Hunter) to join our growing team. This role is focused on generating net-new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth across SAP services and solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong hunting mentality, a foundational understanding of SAP, and a passion for opening new doors and creating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships across Texas and surrounding territories.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of net-new opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with business and IT stakeholders to understand customer needs.

Sales Execution

  • Present SAP consulting, implementation, migration, support, and managed services offerings to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop client proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Relationship Management

  • Develop relationships with decision-makers including Directors, VPs, CIOs, CFOs, and Supply Chain leaders.
  • Collaborate with SAP, technology partners, and alliance teams to identify co-sell opportunities.
  • Represent the company at SAP and industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity information within HubSpot.
  • Provide weekly forecasting, account updates, and sales activity reports.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progression, and market trends.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA from an accredited university.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, technology sales, consulting services sales, or software sales.
  • Basic understanding of SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, Supply Chain, Finance, or related technologies.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling IT services, consulting services, ERP solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Exposure to SAP ecosystems, system integrators, or technology partnerships.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients.

  • Net-new pipeline generated.
