Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Heating & Plumbing Engineer to join their team.<br />This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to work on a variety of heating and renewable energy projects, develop their expertise in low-carbon technologies, and become part of a company with a strong reputation for quality, customer service, and technical excellence.<br />Key Responsibilities:<br />• Install, service, maintain and repair heating and plumbing systems<br />• Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently and effectively<br />• Install and maintain renewable heating systems, including heat pumps and associated equipment<br />• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry regulations and standards<br />• Complete service records, compliance certificates, and technical documentation accurately<br />• Liaise with internal teams to support successful project delivery<br />• Provide professional customer handovers and technical guidance where required<br />• Identify and report technical issues, site risks, and safety concerns<br />• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a high standard<br />• Represent the business professionally at all times<br />Requirements<br />Essential:<br />• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent qualification<br />• Proven experience within heating and plumbing installation, servicing, and maintenance<br />• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities<br />• Good understanding of heating systems, plumbing installations, and industry regulations<br />• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship<br />• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team<br />• Good communication and customer service skills<br />Desirable:<br />• Gas Safe registration<br />• Experience with air source and ground source heat pump systems<br />• Experience within the renewable energy or energy efficiency sector<br />• Additional qualifications relating to renewable technologies<br />• Interest in sustainable and low-carbon heating solutions<br />Apply Now!<br />For any information ahead of applying, contact Lyndsey at Global Highland
