SAP S/4 Functional Lead - S/4 HANA Project

Evolve ERP is currently looking to recruit an experienced SAP Functional about an exciting opportunity to join a growing SAP consulting environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who enjoys leading functional consulting teams while maintaining high standards across SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have good experience in the Logistics and SCM modules.

The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, mentoring and development of a team of SAP Functional Consultants across Finance, Supply Chain and other functional areas.

Working closely with the Head of SAP Capability, you'll ensure high-quality project delivery, support presales activities and drive the adoption of SAP best practices across the consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of SAP Functional Consultants.
• Oversee functional delivery standards across multiple SAP projects.
• Support SAP Public and Private Cloud presales demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Ensure consistent use of SAP Activate methodology and Cloud ALM.
• Review functional specifications and configurations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage consultant allocation, resource planning and delivery readiness.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and support client workshops.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• At least 2 years' experience leading SAP functional teams or a solution architecture practice.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations and functional delivery.
• Good understanding of SAP Activate, Cloud ALM and SAP best practices.
• Experience managing and mentoring SAP Consultants across multiple functional areas.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
