Hiring: Business Development Executive - Sales Team

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team. If you're passionate about sales, relationship management, and business growth, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client outreach to deal closure and post-sales relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise partners, including SMBs and large enterprises.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire and onboard new enterprise clients.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by identifying business opportunities and closing high-value deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and recommend service improvements.
• Lead client negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to the leadership team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to build business from the ground up (0-1 mindset).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and enterprise sales processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
