The Role • Select cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. • Place items on pallets and complete orders, moving them to the loading dock staging area. • Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products. • Ensure all safety regulations and quality standards are met while maintaining efficient product flow. • Work in a team environment to support departmental and organizational goals. What You'll Need • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including required overtime. • Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift. • Ability to lift, stack, and/or pull product weighing up to 35 lbs regularly, and up to 60-100 lbs occasionally. • Willingness to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer). • Ability to become EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) certified. • Capacity to complete required training independently.
