Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Technical Product Owner with Gaming in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
* Partner with Product Managers to align product vision with business and technology strategy
* Own delivery of one or more critical casino products from inception through production and optimization
* Develop a feature-based roadmap, objectives and milestones with involvement from all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the product technology roadmap
* Coordinate communications between all stakeholders. Conduct milestone demonstrations with stakeholders
* Partner with eCommerce and Digital App teams to ensure casino campaigns and offers are seamlessly surfaced across all guest-facing channels
* Drive alignment across systems to deliver end-to-end guest journeys, including targeting, booking, redemption, and post-engagement tracking
* Manage dependencies across Casino Operations Hub, web, mobile app, loyalty systems, and other platforms
* Support coordinated campaign launches across all channels to maximize guest engagement and revenue
* Own and manage the product backlog, writing epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
* Drive definition of the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) based on business and strategic measures
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline
* 5+ years of work experience as a Product Owner in Software Engineering / Information Technology or related area
* Proven experience delivering technical products in casino, gaming, or hospitality environments
* Strong experience with campaign management systems, marketing platforms, or offer engines
* Proven ability to lead, facilitate, coach, mentor and communicate effectively in both an interpersonal and/or group setting
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
