If you’re excited to work at the forefront of AI-driven security on a global scale, this is the place to do it.

About the Role

Check Point is seeking an accomplished federal sales leader to lead a team focused exclusively on the U.S. Federal Government across Civilian and DoW organizations.

This leader will own federal sales strategy, team performance, pipeline growth, and revenue execution. The role requires deep knowledge of federal cyber initiatives, programs of record, the cleared government contracting environment, and the federal prime systems integrators that design and deliver cybersecurity programs to government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing federal sales team.
  • Own sales strategy and revenue growth across Civilian and DoW organizations.
  • Apply strategic knowledge of DoW cyber initiatives, mission priorities, acquisition strategies, and programs of record to identify and win new opportunities.
  • Lead the sales organization in accordance with NISPOM requirements associated with operating a FOCI-mitigated subsidiary.
  • Build executive relationships with federal customers, acquisition leaders, program stakeholders, and cybersecurity decision-makers.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand Check Point’s presence within strategic federal accounts.
  • Align and partner with key federal prime systems integrators that design, implement, and deliver cybersecurity programs to U.S. Civilian and DoW customers.
  • Develop both Sell-To and Sell-Through opportunities with federal prime integrators, resellers, and strategic partners.
  • Lead complex opportunities through technical validation, acquisition planning, negotiation, and award.
  • Position Check Point’s cybersecurity portfolio and government-authorized capabilities against agency missions, security priorities, and compliance requirements.
  • Support major federal programs, RFIs, RFPs, contract vehicles, and competitive pursuits.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and reporting through Salesforce and Clari.
  • Travel up to 50%.

Your Knowledge and Skills

  • 10+ years of federal cybersecurity or enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing a federal sales team.
  • Proven experience selling to U.S. Civilian and DoW organizations.
  • Strategic knowledge of DoW cyber initiatives, acquisition priorities, and programs of record.
  • Experience leading a sales organization subject to NISPOM requirements within a FOCI ownership or mitigation structure.
  • Strong relationships across federal agencies, prime systems integrators, resellers, and the cybersecurity community.
  • Experience partnering with key federal primes to pursue and deliver complex cybersecurity programs.
  • Strong understanding of Sell-To and Sell-Through federal go-to-market models.
  • Experience working for a cybersecurity manufacturer or enterprise security provider.
  • Strong knowledge of the federal sales cycle, FAR, contract vehicles, and government procurement.
  • Working knowledge of FedRAMP, federal cloud environments, zero-trust initiatives, and government security requirements.
  • Experience supporting large federal programs, RFIs, RFPs, and complex acquisitions.
  • Proven record of pipeline development, quota attainment, and accurate forecasting.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and strategic account-management skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Prior Secret or Top Secret Clearance is preferred.
