• Title: Analyst (3 Staff)
• Duration: 12+ Months
• Location: Sacramento, CA - 100 % Remote

Mandatory Qualifications:

• At a minimum, five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design.
• A Bachelor's degree.

Desired Qualifications

• Up to three (3) additional year(s) above MQ #1 of five (5) years.
• Demonstrated experience providing analytical support in a help desk environment utilizing a ticketing system for federal, state, or local government agencies. (Max 3 Projects)
• Experience working on a large-scale IT project providing help desk analysis and troubleshooting for external and internal stakeholders in a development and operations (DevOps) environment. (Max 3 Projects)
