Remote Workday HCM Solutions Architect

Cognizant is seeking a senior Functional Architect to lead Workday implementations across multiple functional areas, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent. You will guide design, configuration, and delivery, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with Engagement Managers and senior client resources to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will participate in internal QA, assist with sales estimates, and drive cross-functional collaboration to guarantee robust solutions with future scalability.
