Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to head our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Strategy function. This role will be responsible for driving financial insights, business performance analysis, long-term strategic planning, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, business heads, and cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with the company's growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support business decisions and investments.
  • Partner with business units to track key performance metrics and drive accountability.

Strategy & Business Partnering

  • Support leadership in developing and executing the company's long-term growth strategy.
  • Drive financial due diligence, scenario planning, and business case preparation for new initiatives, M&A, and expansion projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and business leaders on financial and strategic matters.
  • Translate financial insights into strategic recommendations for sustainable value creation.

Leadership & Governance

  • Build and lead a high-performing FP&A and strategy team.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation in reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment of financial and strategic objectives across the organization.
  • Present key insights, trends, and recommendations to the Board and senior management.


Key Requirements

  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification.
  • 14+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategy, corporate finance, or investment banking.
  • Strong exposure to business partnering, corporate strategy, and M&A.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation capabilities.
