This organization is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join its dynamic team and shape the employee experience.

The Role

• Partner with leadership teams on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for designated corporate teams.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in collaboration with management.
• Provide expert coaching to managers on performance management and organizational planning.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs to deliver balanced solutions.
• Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives.
• Guide employees and leaders in defining clear career paths and development opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant HR or business experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
