Contract Demand Lead
Daily Rate: £313.25 per day Inside IR35
Duration:6 months
Location:Telford 2 days onsite per week
Description and Location
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Contract Demand Lead (CDL) to join the Market Unit Demand Management team.
As a CDL, you will act as the focal point for demand management activity across one or more contract areas, ensuring client requests are progressed efficiently, governed appropriately, and delivered in line with contractual commitments.
You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across commercial, delivery, finance and PMO teams to coordinate responses, manage priorities and drive operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage demand requests from initial receipt through to response issuance.
Ensure contractual response commitments and SLAs are achieved.
Monitor and manage demand pipelines, risks and dependencies.
Drive visibility of future demand to support planning and decision making.
Coordinate stakeholders to obtain inputs, approvals and estimates.
Maintain accurate records and workflow data to support reporting and audit requirements.
Support implementation of Common Response principles and governance controls.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the Demand Management process.
Provide support and cover across contract areas as required.

Desirable Experience
