Job Description:

• Expertise in Conversational AI, NLU, LLM integration, dialog orchestration, APIs, microservices, and channel integrations.
• Strong experience with AWS/Azure, event-driven architectures, and modern AI/ML technologies.
• Own and drive architecture across the conversational AI ecosystem.
• Influence cross-functional engineering teams and provide technical leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge decisions and guide technical direction.
• Credibility and presence to work effectively with senior engineers and architects.
