The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume additional responsibility as an Operations Manager (Certified by Chamber of Crafts), overseeing technical and operational aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling. • Provide exceptional customer service from order intake to vehicle return. • Manage invoicing, customer payments, and the processing and scheduling of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with ideally several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo the required proficiency test or already hold Operations Manager certification. • A valid Class B driver's license and good German language proficiency. • Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer skills. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, valuing collaborative, trusting relationships.
