Job Title: o9 Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong o9 Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting o9 Solutions for supply chain planning and digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in o9 platform configuration, data integration, model building, workflows, and supply chain planning processes. This role requires close collaboration with business users, functional consultants, architects, and technical teams to design, build, test, and deploy scalable o9 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement solutions on the o9 Digital Brain platform

Work on data integration, data modeling, interfaces, workflows, and dashboards

Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand supply chain planning requirements

Develop and maintain o9 models, scripts, configurations, and technical components

Support integration between o9 and ERP/source systems such as SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or other enterprise platforms

Perform unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support

Troubleshoot technical issues related to data loads, planning workflows, performance, and system configuration

Prepare technical documentation, design documents, test scripts, and deployment notes

Work closely with offshore/onshore teams and support project delivery timelines

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with o9 Solutions / o9 Digital Brain platform

Experience in o9 configuration, data model creation, workflows, and planning modules

Good understanding of supply chain planning concepts such as:

Demand Planning

Supply Planning

S&OP / IBP

Inventory Planning

Production Planning

Experience with SQL, data mapping, ETL, APIs, and system integrations

Ability to troubleshoot data and performance issues

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience integrating o9 with SAP ECC / S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS

Knowledge of Python, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and reporting tools

Prior experience in large-scale supply chain transformation programs

Experience Required:

6+ years of overall IT / supply chain systems experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions preferred

Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite as per client requirement
