We are hiring for a leading European digital automotive platform with a vast network of over 600 branches across 10 countries. We provide private car owners with unique services for the seamless sale of their used vehicles through our free online valuation and extensive branch network.

The Role

• Advise customers personally and competently throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from greeting to contract signing.
• Conduct persuasive sales discussions and actively manage price negotiations to achieve fair and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Transparently explain vehicle condition and valuation, building trust through strong communication skills.
• Efficiently coordinate the purchase process, ensuring a smooth workflow in collaboration with our support team.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals with digital assistance as part of the advisory process.

What You'll Need

• Strong sales and communication skills, ideally with experience in direct customer contact, the service industry, or retail.
• Prior experience in sales processes, customer consultation, or price negotiation and closing deals.
• Excellent customer orientation, enthusiasm for personal interaction, and a likeable, professional demeanor.
• Fluent German language skills and a valid Class B driver's license.
• Technical or automotive-specific knowledge is not required; our tools and training will support you in vehicle valuation.
• Open to career changers from sales and retail.
