The Role • Build and lead your own EASYFITNESS studio. • Manage all aspects of business operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Motivate, lead, and develop your team of employees. • Implement local marketing strategies to attract and retain members. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience aligned with brand standards. • Drive the strategic growth and economic success of your studio. What You'll Need • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-management skills. • Leadership capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a team. • A passion for building your own business and driving results. • Ideally, experience in the fitness industry, service, management, or sales; all backgrounds are welcome. • Personal capital ranging from €25,000 to €75,000. • A genuine enthusiasm for fitness, health, and connecting with people.
