What You'll Need • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. • A minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience, or professional office/call center experience, or an associate's degree or higher. • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to work comfortably in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
