About the Opportunity

You’ll apply your legal knowledge and experience to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. Your work will contribute to how AI models learn, reason, and perform across complex legal scenarios.

⚖️ Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have current or prior experience working at one or more Vault Law 100 firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across various areas of U.S. law.
• Perform in-depth legal research and ensure information is current and accurate.
• Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Evaluate legal texts for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with best practices.
• Provide structured feedback on legal content.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams on complex legal scenarios.
• Perform quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, and ambiguities.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of precision and accuracy across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law with strong academic credentials.
• Current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms — mandatory.
• Experience handling sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters.
• Strong legal analysis, research, and drafting skills across a range of legal subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing and evaluating legal content.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to legal accuracy and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with quality assurance or rubric-based evaluation of legal documents.
• Experience contributing to multidisciplinary or technology-driven projects.
• Interest in applying legal expertise to AI training and evaluation.
• Ability to analyze complex legal scenarios and provide nuanced, structured guidance.
