Role Overview

We are seeking a GRC Analyst with proven experience in implementing and standing up Onspring. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, deploying, and optimizing Onspring’s GRC suite to streamline governance, risk, and compliance processes for our client.

Responsibilities

Onspring Implementation: Lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of Onspring GRC modules.

Process Streamlining: Centralize data and strengthen oversight through tool optimization.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to align GRC workflows with business needs.

Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure visibility, efficiency, and confidence in evolving risk management practices.

Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.

Requirements

Hands-on experience standing up Onspring at least once in a professional setting.

Strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
