Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in a Project Management
• 5+ yrs experience of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• 5+ yrs of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

Nice to have:

• PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus
• ADO skills

Benefits

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is [70 -75 $ W2 hourly range]. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
