Sr Java Application Architect

14 to 18 years of overall software engineering and architecture experience.

Strong and demonstrable history of hands-on Java development. This is a mandatory requirement.

Experience progressing from Java developer or technical lead into application, solution, or software architecture roles.

Deep knowledge of:

Experience producing solution architecture documents, technical blueprints, logical and physical architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, data-flow diagrams, and architecture decision records.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, capability models, and governance practices.

Experience performing technology evaluations, architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution trade-off analyses.

Proven ability to lead architecture across multiple applications, platforms, delivery teams, and business functions.

Strong experience designing secure, scalable, resilient, and high-volume enterprise applications.

Banking or financial-services technology experience.

Prior experience with comparable technology consulting, digital engineering, or product engineering organization.

Strong communication, stakeholder-management, consulting, and technical-presentation skills.

Ability to work in a hybrid model from one of the listed locations.
