The Role

• Lead integration and test program planning and execution for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Lead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools.
• Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and coaching to less-experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand customer requirements and establish test criteria.
• Identify interdependencies of products and programs and plan integration and test events accordingly.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, primarily in Test Engineering.
• Proven background in Radar focused software and hardware system integration and test activities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Experience with hands-on Radar Systems, including functional and performance testing.
• Proficient in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, with MATLAB experience for tool development/systems analysis.
