Job Description

Job Title: Senior Java Developer (10 – 15 yrs exp.) Locations: 1) Charlotte, NC – Hybrid Role (3 days onsite in a week) Pay Rate: 70/hr. on (W2) 
Locations: 2) Iselin, NJ – Hybrid Role (3 days onsite in a week) Pay Rate: $75 – 80/hr. on (W2) 
Duration: 18+ Months (Possible to extend or convert) Visa: GC-EAD, L2s, -EAD, TN **Note: Local candidates only**

Role Requirements:

  • Hands-on developer
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior team members

Technical Skills:

  • Java (primary - first preference)
  • Python (secondary - nice to have)
  • REST APIs
  • Spring Boot
  • GenAI / AI Tools
  • MongoDB
  • Relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Kubernetes / OpenShift
  • Kafka (nice to have)

Additional Notes:

  • Frontend development is not required, experience with front-end will be a plus.
  • A dedicated frontend team is already handling UI
