Enterprise Systems Analyst - COTS Finance & Compliance

State of Victoria is seeking a Systems Analyst to coordinate and facilitate analysis and support for COTS ICT solutions used in finance and regulatory functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, support teams and vendors to ensure timely incident resolution and adherence to OLAs/SLAs.

You will develop domain knowledge of finance/regulatory processes, provide input for problem diagnosis, and support continuous improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
