Data Engineer SQL/SSIS

Job description

Strong experience with SSIS SQL Server Integration Services

Knowledge of scripting Python PowerShell or Bash for automation

Proven track record in production support for data platforms

Familiarity with monitoring and ing tools eg Azure Monitor Grafana etc

Good understanding of incident management and ticketing systems

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities

Provide roundtheclock support for jobs and SSIS packages in production

Monitor data workflows and ETL pipelines troubleshoot failures and ensure timely resolution of incidents

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deploy fixes and enhancements

Maintain support documentation runbooks and incident logs

Participate in oncall rotations and ensure coverage across all shifts

Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards
