I’m currently looking to connect with experienced Organizational Change Management professionals for an SAP S/4HANA transformation project.

We’re specifically looking for OCM Leads with experience in one or both of the following areas:
 Source-to-Pay (STP/S2P)
Strong understanding of procurement transformation, including Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay processes, stakeholder impacts, business readiness and adoption.
Manufacturing
Hands-on OCM experience supporting SAP transformations across manufacturing, plant, operations, supply chain, warehouse, maintenance or related environments.

Ideal backgrounds will include:
• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
• Hands-on OCM leadership, not solely training
• Change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement
• Business readiness and adoption strategy
• Communications and resistance management
• Change champion/super-user networks
• Experience partnering with business and functional leadership through deployment and go-live
