Job description:

Educational qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• MBA in Finance or relevant field is preferred.

Required experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in Finance or a related domain.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting

Responsible to prepare budgets and financial forecasts to guide the organization's future activities. To allocate resources efficiently and monitor spending to ensure departments operate within approved budgets.

2. Financial Analysis

To analyse financial data to evaluate the company's performance. By studying trends, costs, and revenues, they provide insights that help management make strategic decisions.

3.Cash Flow Management

Ensure that the organization has sufficient cash to meet its obligations. To monitor cash inflows and outflows and manage working capital effectively.

4. Compliance and Risk Management

To ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Identifying potential financial risks and implementing control measures is also part of their role.

5. Investment and Funding Decisions

To evaluate investment opportunities and assist in raising funds through loans, equity, or other financial instruments. Their goal is to maximize returns while minimizing risks. Also involves discussion with financial institutions.

6. Cost Control and Efficiency

Monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities helps improve profitability. Finance Executive work to optimize the use of resources without affecting productivity.

7. Communication and Coordination

To present financial reports and insights to management in a clear and understandable manner. They also collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
