Marketing Specialist, Graphic & Social Content

Robert Half's marketing & creative client is seeking a Marketing Specialist, Graphic & Social Content, for a 6-month onsite contract opportunity. This is a 40-hour-per-week position; candidates must be willing to work onsite 5 days/week. The Marketing Specialist will support a growing business by creating engaging content across social media, email, web, and digital channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with strong design and video editing skills who enjoys generating content, supporting brand growth, and executing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media and digital content
• Design graphics for web, email, and social channels
• Edit and produce short-form marketing videos
• Update and maintain website content in WordPress
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives
• Manage content calendars and maintain brand consistency
• Assist with CRM updates and marketing automation activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing, content creation, or digital marketing experience
• Strong social media marketing experience
• Graphic design experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Video editing experience for social and digital content
• Experience creating content for organic and paid campaigns
• CMS platform experience preferred (WordPress, Sitecore, or similar)
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Email marketing platform experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
