Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives supporting omnichannel engagement capabilities across teams.

Primary (Must have skills)*

8 + Years of experience in :

Strong understanding of Omnichannel Engagement strategies within the Life Sciences industry.

Knowledge of customer engagement journeys and channel orchestration.

Understanding of digital campaigns, customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement measurement.

IT or Business Project Management experience.

Proven experience managing cross-functional programs involving business and technology stakeholders.

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.

Strong project planning, governance, and delivery management skills.

Job Description of Role*

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Omnichannel Operations initiatives.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and governance structures.

Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.

Coordinate activities across business, operations, technology, analytics, and vendor teams.
