The Role

• Learn the techniques and skills in printing with modern printing machines, from preparation to process monitoring.
• Oversee and ensure all print jobs meet the highest quality standards, mastering color, paper, and machine settings.
• Collaborate within a dedicated team of experts to develop innovative solutions, utilizing your team spirit and commitment.
• Develop the ability to work independently and optimize your skills in print technology.
• Gain hands-on experience in an apprenticeship role starting August 2026.

What You'll Need

• A good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss).
• The ability to handle physically demanding work.
• A passion for the printing industry and curiosity about how print is applied to packaging.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to share knowledge and abilities.
• Motivation to work independently and pursue continuous development.
• An eye for detail and a good sense for colors and design.
