Lead Retail Sales Associate

Constellation Brands is seeking a Lead Retail Sales Associate to drive premium beverage sales and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. In this role, you will lead daily floor operations, guide associates, and ensure strong execution of merchandising, promotions, and brand standards for our beer, wine, and spirits portfolio. You will engage customers, provide expert product recommendations, manage inventory and POS transactions, and track sales results. You’ll collaborate with store and field teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture that values innovation, inclusion, learning, and making an impact on consumers and communities.
