Required Qualifications
· Experience: 12+ years in enterprise software development, system architecture, or distributed computing.
· Core Competencies: Advanced knowledge of cryptography, P2P networking, and blockchain consensus protocols.
· Programming Languages: Proficiency in multiple languages such as Go (Golang), Node.js, C++, Java, Python, or Solidity.
· Platform Expertise: Familiarity with public and enterprise chains (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Hyperledger, R3 Corda, IPFS).
· Soft Skills: Exceptional whiteboarding, communication, and leadership skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
