- Ensure compliance with VA, federal, and industry standards
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and facility staff
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Knowledge of federal construction and facility standards
