Role Overview

The Senior HRIS Engineer will own the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of Workday across Core HCM and related modules. The role involves leading the technical and functional execution of Workday initiatives, including system configuration, integrations, reporting, and release management. The engineer will act as the primary point of contact for Workday across HR, IT, and Finance, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
