Role Summary
This role involves supporting sales and partner marketing functions through content management, enablement program coordination, and stakeholder communication. The incumbent will manage marketing platforms, develop customer-focused enablement kits, and facilitate training sessions to enhance partner and seller engagement. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills to ensure alignment with campaign priorities and program goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Industrial SalesConnect page to ensure the timely availability and organization of sales and partner-facing content.
- Develop and package customer-centric messaging, campaign content, and solution narratives into practical, market-ready kits for sellers and partners.
- Coordinate and support training sessions for sellers and partners, including scheduling, logistics, content readiness, and follow-up activities.
- Support partner marketing initiatives, including co-promotion, joint webinars, newsletters, and campaign toolkits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, web teams, and stakeholders to drive activation of Industrial campaigns and portfolio launches.
- Maintain trackers and provide reports on content status, engagement metrics, training attendance, and campaign progress.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure effective follow-up and campaign execution.
- Support content operations related to enablement portals and platforms such as SalesConnect.
- Assist in building campaign kits, sales plays, and enablement materials aligned with product and solution launches.
- Track and report on partner engagement, content updates, and training participation to optimize program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales enablement, partner or channel marketing, or related fields.
- Proven ability to translate complex content into clear, actionable enablement materials.
- Experience managing enablement platforms, content hubs, or portals such as SalesConnect.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating training programs and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across content, training, and reporting functions.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology, industrial, IoT, networking, or SaaS environments is preferred.
- Experience working with go-to-market programs, sales enablement motions, and partner activation workflows is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Availability to support a contract duration from September 8, 2026, to October 24, 2026, with potential for extension.
Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 - $43.00 Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
