Job description

Bendigo Bank is seeking a First Nations Program Delivery Manager to drive the First Nations Customer Plan and RAP commitments across our Consumer division. You will partner with learning providers, and business leaders to design practical, culturally safe pathways for frontline teams.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Workforce Enablement, you will guide cross-functional teams, manage milestones, and ensure respectful, inclusive banking experiences nationwide.
