Change Manager - Organisational Design/Operating Model

London - Hybrid

£540 per day p/d inside IR35

Contract Opportunity

3-month contract

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Organisational Design and Operating Model Transformation programme.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in:

  1. Experience within the Telecommunications (Telco) sector.
  2. Organisational Design and Operating Model transformation
  3. Change strategy, planning and implementation
  4. Stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment
  5. Change impact assessments and communications
  6. Training, adoption and business readiness activities
