Embark on the journey to us and experience an exciting adventure!Your TasksIn this role, your focus is on driving revenue for our external franchise partner hotels – you'll act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for revenue-related topics on both sides.✓ Develop and implement the strategic direction for revenue and capacity management, with a particular focus on maximizing room revenue for our franchise hotels✓ Prepare day-by-day forecasts and budgets, making tactical decisions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve optimal revenue results✓ Establish and monitor pricing matrices based on market insights across all business segments, ensuring accurate representation across all relevant channels and systems✓ Oversee room inventory across all systems in alignment with defined strategies, and proactively communicate "need" periods and revenue opportunities to Sales & Marketing✓ Continuously analyze results based on budgets, forecasts, and market share reports, translating data into clear, persuasive recommendations and strategic guidance✓ Build and maintain strong working relationships with our franchise partners and internal stakeholders, particularly around group quotations, ensuring alignment on strategies, results, trends, and required actionsYour Profile✓ Degree from a hotel management school; additional certification in Revenue Management is preferred✓ At least five years of professional experience in hotel revenue management✓ Previous leadership experience is considered an advantage✓ Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting tools, and market performance evaluation✓ Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and communicate revenue strategies persuasively across departments and with external partnersYour Benefits✓ Attractive employee rates at our hotels✓ Flexible working hours✓ Home office/mobile working✓ Diverse development opportunities within our group✓ Corporate benefits✓ Extensive training offerings, e.
