We are seeking a seasoned Automotive mechatronics expert to lead operations at a top-tier vehicle glass repair and replacement company, renowned for its extensive network and commitment to exceeding quality standards. The Role

• Lead the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)", overseeing technical aspects, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through vehicle handover.
• Manage billing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inventory, and ensure audit-compliant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with ideally several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop worker.
• Willingness to undertake the required certification for operations management or already hold the qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and strong German language proficiency.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer applications.
• Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and foster trusting relationships.
