The Role • Conduct passenger train journeys safely and in compliance with regulations. • Operate trains within the national network, based out of Berlin. • Communicate effectively with the control center, colleagues, and passengers. • Ensure punctual and efficient train operations. • Perform pre- and post-operation tasks to maintain service readiness. • Contribute to a positive and professional passenger experience. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV class A+B1 or VDV 753 class 3). • Preferably several years of experience in railway operations, ideally in passenger transport. • Route knowledge for Berlin is beneficial. • High awareness of safety and responsibility. • Strong communication, service orientation, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
