Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Associate to join our procurement team and lead strategic sourcing initiatives across IT categories. This role requires a strong background in IT procurement, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end sourcing event management.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing events, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT-related spend categories.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract agreements with suppliers.
  • Manage multiple concurrent sourcing projects while meeting business timelines.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and drive sourcing initiatives.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and recommend optimal sourcing solutions.
  • Support contract execution and supplier relationship management activities.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, with a focus on IT Procurement.
  • Proven experience sourcing and negotiating:
    • IT hardware, software, and services.
    • SaaS and Cloud agreements.
    • IT consulting and professional services.
  • Strong experience managing RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead supplier negotiations.
  • Experience owning sourcing projects from strategy through contract execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
