Mid-Level UI/UX Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces for web-based applications. • Translate complex workflows into simple, efficient user experiences that improve usability and adoption. • Build and maintain front-end components using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar). • Ensure applications meet usability standards and accessibility best practices. • Contribute to and maintain consistent design patterns, components, and style guides. • Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve interface design and functionality. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2–6 years of relevant experience. • Strong experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). • Experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). • Demonstrated experience designing user-centered interfaces for complex applications. • Understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design. • Ability to translate user needs into functional design solutions.
