Position Title: IT Portfolio Analyst
Location: Topeka, KS (Remote)
Interview Process: Webcam only
Position Type: Contract

We are seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Analyst to support enterprise IT portfolio management and PMO operations. The ideal candidate will analyze project portfolios, develop executive dashboards, monitor project health, support governance processes, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or PMO
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK methodologies
• Resource planning, capacity planning, and portfolio reporting
• Budget tracking, financial analysis, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
• Experience with Planview, Clarity PPM, ServiceNow ITBM, Smartsheet, or MS Project is a plus

Preferred:

• PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, or related certification
• Experience supporting State or Government IT projects
