Senior Electrical Engineer<br />South Yorkshire, United Kingdom<br />Salary: £60,000-£80,000 DOE<br />Jackson Hogg are excited to be supporting an exciting business founded in 2018 who specialises in 100% Renewable energy sources. Our client work to provide a clean method of energy distribution and service via the likes of Hydrogen cells fitted to provide clean energy for remote and difficult locations, specifically for use in sectors such as outdoor events, film sets and construction.<br />Key

Requirements:

• Candidates must demonstrate a passion for zero-emission / renewable energy
• Candidates must be degree-qualified within Engineering, Physics or Mathematics (required standard: 1st class degree (desirable), PhD, or equivalent)
• A very high level of competence within electrical engineering from first principles with the ability to be the technical authority
• A good level of competence within mechanical and controls engineering fields
• Knowledge of hydrogen fuel cells (desirable)
• Experience of working with LV, MV &amp; HV power systems
• Capable of presenting engineering concepts to peers and discussing proposals in detail
• Ability to self-lead R&amp;D work
• Knowledge of and experience of working with relevant directives and standards
• Ability to liaise, coordinate and communicate with a range of audiences of varying technical backgrounds and abilities
• Holding CEng status or working towards this (desirable)<br />What the client offers:
